Most of a bid is not pricing
It is prep: reading what you were handed, working out what the owner actually wants, and assembling a packet that answers every question before anyone asks it. That work is reading and reassembly — and it is the first thing skipped when time is short, which is exactly when it costs the most.
Extraction, then out of the way
BidPacket pulls the scope, the materials callouts, the submittal requirements and the deadlines out of a messy document set and organizes them the same way every time. Labor productivity, market conditions, constructability and the read on a difficult owner stay yours.
What BidPacket will not do.
These are the choices that make the output usable, and they are the reason the packets look the way they do.
It is not an estimating service
Packets are a first pass generated from your documents, and any dollar figures in a proposal draft are starting points, clearly labeled as drafts. They are not quotes, takeoffs or bids, and BidPacket does not provide estimating, legal, engineering or architectural advice.
It does not present a guess as a fact
Anything that cannot be traced back to the documents you uploaded is marked "Needs confirmation" or "Verify before bidding." A number you cannot trace back to your own documents is worse than no number at all.
It does not touch your documents for anything else
Uploads are used to generate your preview and your packets, nothing else. No training, no resale, no sharing with other customers — and they are deleted 30 days after the order. The privacy policy says the same thing in full.
One price per project.
You preview your own job free, then pay per packet — $9.99, $19.99 or $29.99 depending on how much of the packet you need. No subscription, no per-user fee, nothing to cancel. There is a full price list on the pricing page, and a human on the other end of the contact page if any of it is unclear.
