What BidPacket does.

BidPacket reads construction documents and creates bid-prep files you can review and edit. It is designed for the pre-estimate stage.

You can upload RFPs, plan sets, scopes of work, bid invitations, PDFs, and Word documents.

The free preview shows whether the job was understood before you pay.

Packets are delivered as editable Word and Excel files where applicable.

Boundary questions

The product helps with reading and reassembly. It does not replace the contractor, estimator, engineer, lawyer, or code official.

EST

It does not produce final bids, guaranteed quantities, or takeoffs.

LAW

Payment terms, contract terms, and compliance language must be reviewed by qualified people.

CODE

Permit, code, engineering, and product-approval requirements stay yours to verify.

REF

If a packet fails or is clearly wrong, contact support with the order code.
