One address, read by a person

BidPacket is small, and email is the fastest route to somebody who can actually fix the problem. There is no phone line and no ticket queue — write to [email protected].

1

A packet is stuck or failed

Your order link updates on its own, so give it a few minutes first. If it has clearly stalled or come back with an error, email us — you have not been charged for a packet that never arrived, and we can retry it from the files you already uploaded.

2

Something is wrong with a packet you bought

Include the order code from your link and what you expected to see. If it is not right, we refund it — the terms say no forms, no argument, and that is how it works in practice.

3

You want your account or files gone

Delete your account from the account page, or just ask. Uploads are deleted 30 days after an order anyway; we will confirm when it is done.

What makes it a one-email fix.

Your order code

It is the long string in the link you were given after uploading — the same one in your account. With that, we can see the order, the files and the generation history immediately instead of asking you for all of it.

What you paid and when

Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card, so a receipt from Stripe plus the order code is everything we need to trace a charge.

What you expected instead

A packet that missed something you can point at in your own documents is the most useful report we get — it goes straight into what we fix next.

Refunds, retention and deletion are spelled out in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. BidPacket is a service of ThePMToolkit LLC.
